Our journey began in 1994 with the very first pizzeria ever opened in Shkodra. 

After our move to Italy due to the 1997 civil war in Albania, my experience as one of the main chefs in different restaurants began.

In 2012 we opened our second restaurant in Albania using the knowledge gained from the experiences made in Italy, ending with the opening of our restaurant in 2017 in the city of Bra, Piedmont. This restaurant was awarded as the best RistoPub in Piedmont for the years 2020 and 2021.

We are here in Toronto today to let you visit Italy and get to know it in all its tastes.
