4. User Accounts:

a. If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

b. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as needed.

5. Ordering and Payments:

a. When placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and current information.

b. Payment information provided is subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer.

6. Dietary:

We are NOT a Nut-Free or Gluten-Free facility. Although we offer Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free and Vegan food options within our menu to accommodate dietary requirements, and we take precautions to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe for guests with severe allergies.

7. Cancellation Policy (Daily):

a. 50% of total order value will be charged for cancellations between 8-1 pm the day prior.

b. 100% of total order value will be charged for any cancellations occurring the day prior after 1 pm leading up to delivery timing.

8. Cancellation Policy (Holiday Seasons):

We require 72 hours’ notice for any Holiday catering order cancellations or revisions. We are unable to provide refunds for last-minute cancellations and appreciate your understanding. Thank you.

9. Intellectual Property:

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sapore Divino or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

10. Limitation of Liability:

Sapore Divino shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the website or any content on the website.

11. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
